Ironic? Earnest? 'No Tech-Zone' sign shows up in San Francisco
A number of traffic-like signs have appeared in San Francisco’s Alamo Square, barring locals from using cell phones, tablets, laptops, or smart devices or face a $300 fine. The signs are posted below new traffic signs that are more mundane.
