Are you suffering from 'Racial Discussion Fatigue Syndrome?'

Are you constantly fighting with small-minded people on Facebook? Do you respond directly to racists and trolls on Twitter? How many times have you found yourself in the shower cussing out no one about how backwards their thinking is?

✊ ✊ ✊

Like most of us, you’re probably suffering from RDFS — Racial Discussion Fatigue Syndrome. Luckily, symptoms can be controlled with a few self-care measures, ranging from retweeting rather than engaging trolls, avoiding social media before bed, and moisturizing your skin well enough to ward of the wrinkles that bigotry creates.

Stay strong, kids.
