When he officially announces his presidential candidacy on Monday, Jeb Bush will surprise no one. But there’s a long way to go on Bush’s path to follow his father and brother to the White House.

While Bush was seen as the front-runner in the Republican primary just a few months ago, other candidates have caught up in the polls nationally and in the critical early state of New Hampshire. His GOP rivals say he isn’t conservative enough, especially on immigration policy.
