Pocket guide: Here's where Marco Rubio stands on the issues

Marco Rubio is making it official on Monday.

Rubio, the first-term U.S. senator from Florida, became the fourth major candidate to enter the presidential race. After reportedly letting donors know during a conference call early Monday, he’ll make an official announcement during a campaign-style event at Miami’s historic Freedom Tower later Monday evening.

Much of Rubio’s candidacy will be built on a generational contrast combined with his perceived electability. Rubio, 43, will likely be the youngest candidate in a rapidly growing field of contenders.
