RBG Hospitalized After Fall, the Last Thing Anyone Needed Today
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was hospitalized Thursday morning after falling in her office last night and breaking three ribs, according to a statement by the court’s public information office.
The statement said Ginsburg went home after the fall but experienced discomfort overnight and was admitted to George Washington University Hospital this morning.
Ginsburg, who is 85, won’t join the rest of the justices in Capitol Hill today. Members of the court were scheduled to meet with President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump.
