Starbucks will give you an orange coozie for your Pumpkin Spice Latte if you want one
If you are a person who uses the internet and lives anywhere near a Starbucks (read: anywhere) you’ve probably heard of a little thing called the “Pumpkin Spice Latte,” or the PSL, as its known colloquially.
The PSL is the thing that happens at Starbucks between Frappuccinos and Holiday-themed red cups to reminds us that the seasons are changing. If you love fall, they say, you will love the PSL, for the PSL is as important to fall as sweaters and scarves and rosy cheeks and falling into piles of dead leaves. Drink the PSL if you are a person who delights in crisp weather, and highly caloric beverages that taste bad and make you feel bad.

Starbucks has, however, maybe laid it on a little thick with the PSL. The limited availability maybe isn’t enough to make the PSL drinker feel special anymore. Enter the Orange Sleeve Society, a “secret” “society” for the most committed PSL drinkers.

To get one, just invite a friend or something. It’s easy. But it’s sad.
