Brands celebrate the worst holiday, Cinco de Pun-o
Today is the fifth of May, also known as Cinco de Mayo, a day that has many of us scratching our heads about how — and whether — to celebrate the occasion of the Mexican Army’s victory over France in the 1862 Battle of Puebla.
We do, however, know how not to mark the day, thanks to the remarkably, predictably tone-deaf treatment of the holiday by brands.
