Donald Trump’s anti-Muslim crusade has won him a great new group of fans: Al Qaeda and its friends.

Footage of Trump calling for a total ban on Muslims entering the United States popped up in a recruitment video for Al-Shabaab, which is Al Qaeda’s affiliate in Somalia.

The SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors jihadist groups, verified the video’s authenticity. SITE director Rita Katz tweeted that, along with Trump, the video also included a section on police brutality in the United States.

Trump, who brags about literally everything to do with him, did not highlight his latest media appearance for some reason.

During the last Democratic presidential debate, Hillary Clinton caught flak for falsely saying that ISIS was using Trump in its recruiting materials. Turns out all she needed to do was wait a few days for something almost exactly like that claim to become true.
