Here's The Rock crushing a bouncy lip sync of 'Shake It Off'
It’s a mystery why NBC passed on Jimmy Fallon’s Lip Sync Battle — since it’s always the funniest segment of his show — but Spike TV picked it up, and now NBC’s loss is our gain. Last night The Rock squared off against the venerable host of The Tonight Show with a bouncy cover of Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off,” and at the very least won MY DAMN HEART.
My favorite three things about this, in no particular order:

- NBC Seems to Suggest a Children's Video Game is to Blame for UnitedHealthcare CEO's Killing
- Nancy Mace Is an Irredeemable Garbage Person Who Loves Bullying Vulnerable People and Yet the Media Still Believes Her
1. The Rock is a hulking mass of a human being singing one of the goofiest songs ever. It’s like he’s aiming an arrow right at the immediate crush part of my brain.
2. Lest you think he’s too cute, he flips off America’s Sweetheart™Jimmy Fallon!
3. He actually seems to be enjoying himself. Look at the way he closes his eyes every time he says “Mmm hmmm!” I’m so glad Dwayne Johnson didn’t come of age during shoegaze-y emo times, because this is adorable in all the right ways.
