Equipped with a quick wit, big hair and an interesting Queens accent, Fran Fine from the hit sitcom The Nanny was certified bae in the ’90s. We were a little too young to pick up on how gorgeous she was, but looking back, it’s amazing: Her style was bright, eccentric, and sexy. Dream. Wardrobe.
