Since quitting his job as a computer scientist to become a defense attorney in North Carolina, T. Greg Doucette has turned into one of the most articulate voices on Twitter discussing the paradoxes and hypocrisies of America’s criminal justice system.

In February, he told the story of how a 17-year-old black teen was clearly framed by police officers in a parking violation case.

Last night, Doucette went on another Tweetstorm, using the story of a client who was attacked at a night club to show why some innocent people choose to plead guilty.
