People are actually drawing cards to break Nevada caucus ties

In a glorious display of a sensible, not-in-any-way-insane democratic process, tied  votes in the Nevada Democratic caucus are being decided by a card draw.

The Wall Street Journal‘s Reid Epstein caught this definitely-not-a-symbol-of-a-strange-and-possibly-broken-system in action on Saturday:
