Phrama bro Martin Shkreli wants to keep Kanye West's new album all for himself

America’s villain, Martin Shkreli, just offered to buy Kanye West’s new album, The Life of Pablo, for $10 million, presumably to withhold and never share and gloat about owning. Sound familiar?

Meanwhile, Gawker reports, the IRS has placed a federal tax lien on Shkreli for $4.5 million in unpaid taxes.
