Rihanna is a sexy, mysterious heiress in Dior's 'Secret Garden' ads

About a month ago, we saw behind-the-scenes footage from Rihanna’s shoot for Dior’s “Secret Garden” ad campaign. Now the images have emerged, and they are simply gorgeous.

The Steven Miesel-shot photographs showed up on Fashion Spot, and if the intent was to style the Bajan muse as a sexy heiress with plenty of secrets, disposable income, and décolletage, then the French heritage brand hit it on the head.

Swathed in a fur-lined bustier cut-to-there, RiRi’s sensual gaze is hidden behind a jewel-encrusted veil, while in another shot she runs from Miesel’s camera lens in a voluminous red ball gown. Who and what is scaring our fearless muse?

Then, dripping in sequins amidst a darkened hall of mirrors, Bad Gal grips a metallic bag in her red-lacquered talons, staring at her bedazzled reflection — a pose the selfie-happy pop princess is all too familiar with.

While details about where these images will appear are spare, the post on FashionSpot did contain an ambiguous caption, “Marie Claire Taiwan,” leading us to speculate RiRi’s Dior ads may be making a splash this month in Asia.

We’re sure Bad Gal’s Instagram feed will confirm something soon enough, as it does everything.
