Donald Trump stood in front of construction machines and gave a talk about infrastructure in Ohio on Thursday. The speech contained many rambling asides: about banning bump stocks (he hasn’t yet); about being against the Iraq War from the beginning (he wasn’t); about the “sadists” working at the VA before he got there (what); and about how he didn’t know what “community college” meant (okay?).
