Michele Bachmann, a former member of the United States House of Representatives who believes being gay is Satanic and Muslim immigrants are “problems that are coming into this country,” will not run for Senate because even God doesn’t want her to.

“It became very clear to me that I wasn’t hearing any call from God to do this,” Bachmann said during an interview with a Christian radio host named Jan Markell, as reported Monday by Minnesota Public Radio.
