Kate McKinnon makes last, desperate plea to electors in SNL Love Actually sketch

Tomorrow is the big day. Electors will cast their vote for the next president. A loud effort is being made, calling on them to not vote for president-elect Donald Trump and stop the terrifying darling of white supremacists from entering The White House. No evidence suggests this will be successful, but hey, we can hold onto that hope for one more day.

This week on Saturday Night Live, Kate McKinnon joined the effort. In the sketch McKinnon, playing Hillary Clinton, begs an elector to not vote Trump in a reimagined scene from Love Actually. McKinnon may be acting, but we know this is her desperate plea too—she’s clearly on team never Trump.
