We all remember last year when track pants became trendy and big name designers were creating flattering drawstring and leather sweats, but these sweatjeans are no run-of-the-mill jeggings. These are modeled after a men’s denim line, so I’m afraid frumpy butts and square hips are going to be all the rage… otherwise Rag & Bone just really missed the mark.
Sweatjeans are 100% cotton sweatpants that have a printed image of denim on them so you can feel lazy while still looking lazy normal. Rag & Bone has created a few different “styles” of these monstrosities, some called “Pajama Jeans“. Personally I think “sweatjeans” at least gives the illusion of movement, while “pajama jeans” send the message “I wish I weren’t here so badly I’m still wearing pj’s but trying to trick you with fashun.”
The worst part? You’ll see every model off duty wearing these as soon as the pre-order deliveries come through.
