Wilbur Ross: Trump and I Eat Lots of Beef, Are Definitely Both Fine Mentally

In discussions with Chinese officials on Monday, Ross reportedly joked that both he and the president eat a lot of U.S. beef, and do not have mad cow disease:

A normal thing for a Cabinet secretary to joke about—the fact that he and his boss definitely do not have bovine-induced psychosis! Where’s the beef??? Haha, only fooling.
