At the latest Dear-Leader style Cabinet meeting to mark the Trump administration’s disastrous first 100 days, attorney general Pam Bondi took an axe to the concepts of math and statistics and logic itself in order to tout the president’s remarkable accomplishments.
"Are you ready for this, media?" — Bondi turns to the press and credits Trump for saving "258 million lives"

That’s right, those 3,400 kilograms of fentanyl, had they slipped through our previously porous border — never mind that seizures were higher under Biden, don’t ponder the literal billions of lives he likely saved by these metrics — would have killed about 76 percent of the US population. Remarkable stuff. What’s even more impressive is that 139 million of those lives were apparently added to the tally since Tuesday, when Bondi claimed a still-gaudy 119 million people have avoided overdose thanks to fentanyl seizures.
What miracles will tomorrow bring!
