This video of Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump not shaking hands at the debate could not be more awkward

As Sunday night’s second presidential debate kicked off, we got a pretty good idea.

Without saying a word, Hillary Clinton showed the world that she would not deign to shake the hand of a man who bragged about grabbing women by the “pussy.”

Her refusal to even touch Trump was, perhaps, telegraphed an hour before the debate even began, when Clinton tweeted a clip of Michelle Obama’s now-famous credo.

It’s unclear whether this is the first time in debate history in which the candidates have not shaken hands. What’s certain, however, is that everyone should buckle up—we’re just getting started.
