Lots happened the past week on Twitter. From math-dessert hybrid holidays to Empire‘s mammoth season finale, everyone was abuzz. These are our favorite tweets from last week:

Pi Day:

Every March 14 (3/14) is considered Pi Day because the mathematical ratio for the circumference of a circle is equal to 3.14. Let’s be real, it’s just another excuse to eat tons of pie.

Empire Season Finale:

Everyone’s favorite ratings monster Empire ended its first season on Wednesday with a two-hour finale. Guests ranged from Snoop Dogg to Jennifer Hudson to Patti LaBelle. There were so many memorable moments, but Twitter definitely zeroed in on a few of the funniest.
