Death wish? Most millennials have texted while driving
We’ve seen the public service announcements and heard Oprah’s plea. We know about that Glee episode where Dianna Agron’s character ends up in a wheelchair (kind of). Still, 59 percent of millennials say they’ve texted while driving.
The finding is part of Fusion’s Massive Millennial Poll, which surveyed 1,000 people aged 18 to 34 about everything from politics to dating to race issues. (For full results and methodology, click here.) When interviewed, 64 percent of men said they’d texted while driving, compared to 54 percent of women.
