SXSW Fuel: Austin’s Breakfast Tacos

Visiting Austin? you may want to consider starting your day out right with what many locals call the most important taco of the day, the breakfast taco! Restaurants, food trailers and street vendors across the capital of Texas have signs of all dimensions and neon colors advertising the popular fluffy tortilla tacos.

Mando Rayo, a bona fide taco journalist, has done his research on the local tradition and took Fusion to two of his favorite breakfast taco trailers in town.
