We School Michael Peña On What A Meme Is, And He Schools Us On What's Gangster

Michael Peña may be an extremely talented actor from Chicago who has played various roles expanding from misunderstood hispanic locksmith in Crash, to the owner of a baseball team in Mexico in Eastbound and Down, to a 1940s gangster cop in the new movie Gangster Squad (coming out Friday, January 11). But he might as well not know what a computer is because he has no idea what a meme is. Pft.

So we took the time to school him on what a meme is, at least what the Ryan Gosling “Hey Girl” meme is, and he returned the favor by rating recent pop culture events as gangster or… not.
